CAUTION: SLIPPERY WHEN WET!!!…in the tub.

I am completely stoked and addicted to this sugar scrub. I use it daily in every shower. It exfoliates and moisturizes while priming the body for my body balm. The Sugar Scrub and Balm Diggity take away any other “moisturizer” one may need. Packed full of tons of brilliant ingredients like honey powder, fresh ginger, rolled oats, to name a few. Once you use this, you will more than likely have an addiction like mine. Although I may be more partial than others…

Ingredients: CONTAINS NUT PRODUCTS, Fresh Flowers, Ginger, Oats, Organic Coffee Grounds, Lemon Peel, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Turbinado Sugar, Organic Almond oil, Organic Coconut Oil, Organic Avocado Oil, Organic Grapeseed Oil, Essential Oils, Vitamin E (for preservative).

~~How to Use this stuff~~ This is what I do. I take my shower as normal and after I have soaped up, and rinsed off, I apply (very generously) the scrub. I do sections at a time. One leg, other leg, one arm, other arm, torso, hiney, etc. etc. I pay attention to the feet, (BE CAREFUL, COULD MAKE THE TUB SLIPPERY!!!!!), elbows, and hands. Then rinse. VOILA! Super moisturized skin perfectly prepped for the next crucial step….BALM DIGGITY. That’s another topic though…

***(Something I started doing, is adding a little to my face wash, exfoliates, and moisturizes at the same time. A perfect addition to your bedtime routine.)***

~~Shelf Life~~

(2-3months)

~~To help extend the freshness~~
With the exception of the properties of the Vitamin E (natural anti-oxidant oil), this sugar scrub does not contain preservatives. Hence the ALL-NATURAL. Everything has pros and cons. The cons to this (amongst ALLL the pros…), or shall I say “con”??

…because you will be exposing your scrub to bacteria and other contaminants each time you reach into the container, the shelf life will be shorter than that with product with a preservative. So…

I would recommend using a clean utensil to scoop your desired amount of scrub into a clean, separate container and work from that that as you exfoliate. Doing this will help to keep your the majority of the product relatively bacteria free.
